Psalm 48.9-11 We have thought on Your steadfast love, O God, in the midst of Your temple.

Pella, IA
Psalm 48.9-11

We have thought on Your steadfast love, O God, in the midst of Your temple. As Your name, O God, so Your praise reaches to the ends of the earth. Your right hand is filled with righteousness. Let Mount Zion be glad! Let the daughters of Judah rejoice because of Your judgments!

What better place is there, Lord, to meditate on Your steadfast love, but in the midst of Your temple? And where is that temple today?

I am the temple of the living God! I am to represent Your name and praises to the ends of the earth, that is, throughout my sphere of influence. I am to demonstrate the power of Your righteousness, I am to be a rejoicer, one who tells of the rightness of Your judgments and lays out understanding of Your justice for all to see.
