You are the Lord, my God, You have brought me out of a life of separation from You. That life of enslavement to self and sin centeredness. From a life of fear and worry into a life of Joy in Your presence. All You ask of me is to open my mouth and receive the blessing as You pour it in; You ask for my "Yes, Lord" to Your commands and the blessings flow into me.
Voices Together is taken from my daily meditations, primarily on the Psalms. However, from time to time, I will include a meditation on the practical implications of the Law as I seek to live as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Psalm 81:8-12 Hear, O my people, while I admonish you! O Israel, if you would but listen to me!
Psalm 81:8-12 Hear, O my people, while I admonish you! O Israel, if you would but listen to me! There shall be no strange god among you; you shall not bow down to a foreign god. I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it. "But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me. So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels.
