Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb.
Lord, this is a hard teaching, for it is so easy for me to see the prosperity of those who live for today; and so easy to forget to fix the eyes of my heart on the unseen glories that surround Your throne. I forget that the seen is temporary and so fades away, but the unseen is eternal and will never fade.
