Psalm 119.6-8 Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all Your commandments.

Psalm 119.6-8

Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all Your commandments. I will praise You with an upright heart, when I learn Your righteous rules. I will keep Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me!

O, Lord, as You transform me, I am filled with Your praises and with a joy that can come only from You. It is no longer an onerous task to obey but an understanding that within the boundaries of Your Law is the Kingdom of God, and therefore a place where I long to be. It is where You dwell, a Kingdom of great joy.
